1984(?) Motobecane Grand Touring. It’s quite a bit more comfortable than my other bike, a 20” brakeless BMX. It’s in crazy good shape though, aside from a few scratches on the frame, it looks brand new.
Also took my other toy for some spirited driving:)

I JUST saw one at Carolina Motorsport Park for today’s racing. Finished 2nd out of 3 in ITA behind a CR-X Si but the Sentra blew the transmission coming out of the last corner and coasted through the finish line. It’s painted like a classic BRE Datsun 510 race car and from a distance it really looks like a reincarnated 510!

I wanted either a Peugeot or a Motobecane. No Peugeots around here though...

There was one of those for sale on CL a few weeks ago; I think it was in Florida, so it may be the same one!

That’s a really thin looking frame!

It is! I’m pretty sure it’s cromoly though

The old Motobecanes...excellent bikes. too bad this wasn’t in the 80s (that age necessitated a “Turbo” saddle in the frame colour)

Dat lugged frame doe! I have a mid-90’s cro-mo Bianchi that's fully lugged, it's old school but it's still a gorgeous frame.
